It’s week eleventyfive of lockdown and the hair is now getting out of hand. And so is our grip on rest, recuperation and energy.
COVID-19 has seen us all motor through the last few weeks trying to adjust and adapt to the uncertainty we face. Easter was just a note in the calendar.
With more Zoom and video calls than is healthy and trying to manage the demands of home schooling, working from home and keeping up with Joe Wicks, people are feeling the strain. Sleep patterns are disrupted and frazzled is just one way to describe people’s health.
So look out for the signs. Make sure you delineate between what is work and what is home life. Look out for your co-workers, teams and family. Because if we’re not careful this is going to extend well beyond the life of this damn virus!
